MEET OUR ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM

Hello! My name is Tara Baker, and my journey with Sweet Community Services (SCS) began in February 2019. I initially joined the team part-time, handling billing responsibilities. Within a year, I transitioned into a full-time role as Billing and Office Coordinator. Shortly after, I took on the position of Human Resources representative, working alongside two other members of our administrative team.

As SCS has grown significantly over the years, so has my role. I now serve as the Head of Human Resources and Office Manager, leading a dedicated administration team of six. It’s incredibly easy to love what I do because I’m surrounded by people who share the same mission, values, and passion for serving our community.

I’m deeply committed to supporting our individuals in their daily lives and promoting inclusion in all we do. The work environment at SCS is truly special—collaborative, supportive, and full of heart—and I’m grateful every day to be part of such an amazing team.

Hello! My name is Bethanie Weston-Sylvester. I have been working as a Human Resources and Senior Event Coordinator for over two years at Sweet Behavior, LLC d/b/a Sweet Community Services! I love working for SCS, because, through my career, I have found purpose, passion, and a family. Here at SCS every staff member and individual we serve is treated fairly, with respect, and most importantly, love and compassion. I have never been part of a team that values family over work as much as we do here at Sweet Community Services. It is true what they say..If you love what you do, you'll never work another day in your life! The reason I have chosen this career and am making arrangements to further my career in the behavior disability field is that I strive to make a difference and impact on others' lives. Here at Sweet, we value adaptability, which means that we will bend over backwards to serve our community! If you have a genuine love for people, this is the place for you! 

Hello! My name is Sydnie Padgett. With three years of experience at Sweet Community Services, I began my journey as a Direct Support Professional in 2021 and now serve as the Human Resources and Senior Training Advisor. I love being part of Sweet because of our strong mission, family atmosphere, and incredible teamwork. I’m passionate about helping the company grow while supporting the individuals we serve and their families — especially by providing guidance and resources to those who are new to the waiver system.
